Jim Boulden says we have to do a better job of speaking those truths to ourselves. When i committed to play football at the university of texas, my peers told me,. o, you can play at texas. Go to a smaller school. O go to an ivy league school. I was trying to get to the end and fell. But if i would have listened to the doubts of those around me, oh, i never would be where i am. It's really remembering thouh you and now are a unique occurrence, and you are the greatest measure of what's going to happen.

We talk a lot about the importance of goal setting and how to set smart goals. But sometimes fear of failure can create unintentional limits within your goals, and that can actually end up holding you back.
