Is There a Racial Difference Between Gun Violence and School Shootings?

There's an additional twist when we talk about a dust from gun violence, which is that there's a racial difference in the a frequency with which the homicides that are not mass shootings happen. Half of those, or more, are black perpetrators and victims. And if you wanted to make a racial issue out of gun shooting, out of a a murder and homicide by a by guns, it would be a very different discussion than about schools.
