A benefit realization is at the end of an initiative. And what you're doing is your monitoring. What are the things that we changed, these were our goals? So shouldbes be involved in that? A, i would say yes. They don't need to particularly drive that bus, but will certainly help in being able to interpret and measure those various metrics. Some of them might be soft metrics where you'd have to conduct a survey or do some research.
