You've switched a lot between note-taking apps. Was there one in particular that was really hard to transition to and from? I'd have to say the one that's been the hardest would be Evernote, because it encouraged me to hoard my data. "I think people could even use ever notes in a better way than I used it," he says.

Nicole van der Hoeven is a YouTuber, developer advocate for k6, and Dungeons and Dragons lover. For the last five months, she has organized her life inside of task and knowledge management app Obsidian. We discuss how she uses Obsidian for her YouTube creation, Dungeons and Dragons playing, friendships, and consulting. We talk about how many second-brainers overcomplicate their systems. All it is is taking notes.
