I did also see that on Twitter where people are like, questioning people with like a PhD doing that. And so yeah, if it helps you show up better or like people take you more seriously then that's great. Like, I don't think that's a negative thing. So we talked a lot about levels, what they mean in our companies and even people maybe getting promoted in the company. But what about people coming into a company? Maybe what is one piece of advice that you would give to someone coming to a new company?"
