Is There a Gap in the Regulation of Technology?
The way you describe that hat makes me feel that there are these two distinct gaps. One gap is from existing tories, whether it's pharmacuticles or financial services or aviation,. We have accepted and understood that there's a process of regulation and a sort of regulatory sign off. But i trace this actually right back to those classical fordist models, and a sot of the tailor models of micro management of bodies. I do think his is different in kind as well as different in scale.
