How to Be a Rebel in an Organisation
Helen, it sounds to me like you're sort of self-identify as a natural rebel. But sometimes being a rebel in an organisation that's very used to conformity can feel quite difficult to do. If I don't think about rebels as breaking rules, because that doesn't really resonate, if I think about it as being non-conformist in my career, I would put myself quite high up at that scale. And what I would say is it can be quite hard to do this. So it definitely, it definitely accelerated my career in that organisation. I definitely made change happen."
