It seems like we're getting to a point where it's stabilizing, but it's hard to tell what the next challenge or shock to the system will be. Our suppliers are continuing to face challenges with raw ingredients and with labor. But again, it seems like at this point we're starting to hit more of a place where it's moderating. The key to that culture is the employees. Those that in particular, we see front and centre centre as customers talk to us about the labor mark.
