The Paradox of Sex in a Relationship

I totally agree with the paradox you talked about in how sex can be both this like animal thing, but in a relationship, it helps you actually maybe like transcend and like self actualizing stuff. I know a lot of asexuality is automatically linked to aromanticism, which is just not true. And so are asexuals who do want romantic relationships, it's just that they don't see sex as something connected to that. There can be aromantics who want sex but don't want love. So yeah, it's hard to like think about how to separate them in a way where I guess like sex is not necessary for love, but you shouldn't break that if it is
