I think that there are genuine problems that social media platforms raise for jaw boning and in this area that the doctrine doesn't really deal with. So I agree with you that the First Amendment cases were developed with a very different model in mind for government private speech platform relationships, but it hasn't been dealt with well yet. The court is trying to acknowledge the problem but not really dealing with it in a meaningful way.
