The Flexibility of the Curriculum 2024

Mr Chadda: I think that flexibility is a big USB for curriculum 2024. Kim you mentioned about the need to match technological advancements in medicine and the way that we change our practice over time. Does the curriculum offer any flexibility as we go into the future where say surgical procedures of the past may become less relevant or maybe new surgical techniques might arise needing to be assessed? Mr Chadda: It's not set in stone it's a question of let's get this launched and get everybody involved in it, then as we try to understand what's not right and what works and what doesn't work we can bring in the changes.
