How to Promote Yourself to Staff

In the best case like you have a great manager who knows like what you need to do to get promoted and we'll just support you. But most people don't have the best case in some way so write your promotion packet for yourself run it with some of your peers um talk through it with some folks who are already with staff leveltalk through it with a manager your manager whoever them might be  and just like use it to actually focus the feedback you're getting. If you want to be a leader then big part of it's like taking ownership himself.
