AI and the Job Market

In the not terribly long term, I think there's a lot of potential for things like that software rewrite project that we were wanting to do. So we can just hand that off to an automated system and we have lots of tests around it. And then the final result of that is your development team can go 20% faster because you don't have bug category X. But I would be kind of surprised if AI resulted in people losing their jobs immediately as opposed to just the pace of growth slowing down of the job market.
