Diversity, Is It a Good Idea?

This is like a twist on why representation matters, that it's important to be able to see roll models that are outside what we think of as the norm. It's actually a more scientifically grounded and logically grounded argument for diversity. The world could use representation just on genetically inherited trats, race, sex, gender, sex orientation.
