How to Build Your Baseline Mileage

Your baseline mileage is whatever mileage that you are comfortable running. The best way to determine this is to look back over your training log. This 10% rule I think works really well in the 30 to 50 maybe 60 mile per week range. It's a more nuanced way of looking at it where it's not a set percentage every week.
