The Sons of the Orphanage
The sexton chanted psalms for a while before settling in. The most difficult part of this gig was just trying to stay awake. Then some time after midnight, a cold wind blew through the room. Despite the doors being locked and the only window being just open a crack, the sexton knew he was no longer alone in the room. In the corner of the room, a chilling presence stepped forward, making itself known. He was in the presence of the devil himself. Sexton said he wanted the devil to do something first. Just pick the guy up. But it also didn't help that he basically worshipped money,. hoarding it all while so many around him went without.
