There was a target that was going around for quite a while, and it still seems to pop up. The 85% of children need to be expected standards. But basing that on teacher assessment is really problematic. There's a lot less of that, isn't there? Is there a part? You know, others have done to say, you know, groups make sense at a national level,. but trying to do them in a school of schools, small samples, and so on.
