What Wind Did You Know Tomiko?
Tomiko was 24 years old, living in her own home alone at the time. She didn't have to check in with anybody on a regular basis. If she didn't show up am, there wasn't an alarm bell or roommate who knew that she didn't come home this particular night. Also, tomika was very much a a free spirit. We just didn't realize.
