We have this like sense of relief with ourselves and we bring that to our energy that we present to the world, you know? For example, maybe that's a bill that you haven't paid or it's an email response that you didn't write. When we can see what they are and set a goal related to those things, we feel comforted. All the build up in our minds is often just stuff that needs to be processed and exercised. So here are a couple of journal prompts to try out.
