The Importance of Hands in Running

The best athletes are just great problem solvers. They figure out a way and that goes back to kind of boss yourself organizing. You know, the nervous is just self organizing and figure out ways and it'll learn. And I like using the oxygen, like little mini weights that you can put on sleeves and just like loading one side or the other. That's so much more enjoyable to try to work with rather than overloading with cues sometimes.
