Taxing the Rich

Oxfam: For every $100 of new wealth created in the global economy, between December 2019 and December 2021, $63 went to the top 1%, while the bottom 90% only gained $10. Oxfam says that a tax of up to 5% of the world's multi-billionaires and billionaires could raise $1.7 trillion a year. But it's not so simple because the question is, is levying a wealth tax fair?
