Do We Have Free Will?

Are we dichotomizing whether people have free will or not too much? I'm always surprised by is who people are as you say really remarkable at holding contradictory thoughts in their mind. So maybe when we're blaming others we can recall that they have free will doesn't exist and still get to have a good way. We should still be punishing bad behavior of course but we shouldn't be blaming them as a person, he says.
