How Do You Share Wisdom With the Younger Generation?

How do we share wisdom with the younger generation? And then also, how do we get around just so we learn? So again, it's mutual, meaning there's so much that I need to learn from how they think. There's no way to fast track wisdom. It just takes experience to get wisdom. You can be talented, but you got to develop wisdom. That's something that needs to become even more of a priority as the days move forward.
