China is to intent it seems upon global dominance certainly regional first and then maybe global but there've been a couple of checks I would have thought how do you think they're seeing us. After the 2008-2009 financial crisis the Chinese leadership came to the belief that the final doom of capitalism was upon us, says Peter Bergen. The Chinese abandoned Deng Xiaoping's idea peaceful rise and move to press forward in an overconfident way since then while they certainly see all the decadence the division the dysfunctionality said Bergen.
