Adobe Is Embracing Linux, Open Standards, Platforms and So On

This is so far away from Steve Barna era of Microsoft, it's stark. It reflects the way that they originally tried to embrace and extinguish Linux. And now they've embraced it so much you can compile and run a graphical Linux GUI applications inside Windows using the Windows subsystem for the Linux. I mean, call me a daft old cynic if you will, but isn't the reason that Microsoft is doing this?
