We use MailChimp as our email service provider and we've been using them for probably about 10 years. We jumped around from different platforms before that. And the honest answer as far as why we shifted from one to another was cost. It wasn't a matter of like, was one a better tool than the other? You know, there was some learning curve at each sort of change but it was really like this was the right balance of cost to features that we liked.
