Is the Environmental Protection Agency Going to Strengthen Rules on SUIT Emissions?
The Supreme Court sharply reduced the ability of the EPA to regulate emissions from power plants. It's also going to make it more difficult to use executive action, but there are a lot of pollution reduction laws that can be used. If they start cracking down and tightening up the restrictions on SUIT or on diesel fumes and diesel fumes - these disproportionately affect low income neighborhoods -- this could help reduce carbon emissions as well.
