There's a vast majority of people in Congress and the general populace that don't understand what this is, don't understand how it works. That misunderstanding and is the misallocation of capital that we are all hoping to take advantage of. We have a new SEC chairman Gary Gensler who has been very active prior in the space. He taught a course at MIT about Bitcoin and blockchain, definitely understood it. I think people perceived maybe that meant he'd be just totally friendly to everyone in the industry. But what it turns out to be is he's trying to impose a regulatory regime on crypto and Bitcoin. It could be in a way that would make it harder in the US to transact
