Americans spend about 60 minutes a year with physicians face to face. There's major disparities in the amount of time that Americans spend with doctors depending upon their race. White patients spend more time per year with doctors face to face than black and Hispanic patients. And there's also a growing divide where we're spending less time with primary care doctors.
