Google Isn't Liable for the ISIS Recruitment Videos on YouTube

According to Section 230 as it's traditionally been interpreted by lower courts, Google isn't liable for the ISIS recruitment videos on YouTube since Google played no part in creating them. The plaintiff's argument that they're bringing to the Supreme Court is that Section 230 doesn't apply to algorithmic recommendation of content. If the Supreme Court accepts this argument, it would be extremely significant because it would break with decades of precedent of how Section 230 has been interpreted by the courts.
