How to Get Rid of the Bottom Ten %
Most other medical areas do internally have disagreements that they paper over, exactly for this usual reason. That is, there's often just a benefit that many areas of life get by just agreeing together on how they're going to treat the public. If what the method you use doesn't really matter anywayaso thit's related to your your cutting off the bottom ten %, or whatever. I need at a degree of central co ordination of the area in order to make those bottom ten% evaluations.
