Medicaid and the Choice of Provider Provision in the Medicaid Program
The case involves two provisions of an Indiana abortion restrictions that were signed into law by then Governor Mike Pence. The Supreme Court is basically gun shy and trying to keep abortion out of its docket, but that's not a valid reason not to hear the case. Justice Thomas had more to say he would go further in his concurrence in box versus Planned Parenthood. There's a very long history of American use of eugenics to abortion.
