The First Steps in Onboarding for New Members
If your team is not effectively on board for on boarding, then guess what? You could potentially have some major issues with the on boarding process for your new members. So you want to make sure that you take the time to prepare your community. Let them know that there re going to be new people coming in, tell them the benefits of that and invite them to support those new people. If you know the answer and you can show up and support them, go ahead and do that. We thank you for it.
