How to Approach Sauna Work Effectively

If you can go in there and have a sleep and you're all happy and fine, then it's probably not hot enough for you. One of the main reasons is that even at home on the trainer, they're producing 400 watts of work. That means that they are getting elevated core temperatures more easily than your average recreational athlete who might do an interval at 200 watts. The elite guys tend to get some good heat acclimation anyway,. just for the fact that they can produce a lot of metabolic heat.
