Concupus Sense and Original Sin

Aquinas talks about the fact that left to themselves the passions, the lower parts of the soul will tend to go out of bounds. He argues that Christ didn't experience this concupus sense at all and so we can't completely control it even though we can try to reduce their occurrence. We don't actually fulfill human nature without God's help.
