The Importance of Being Real
Being open and vulnerable enough to share some of those things just makes you more human than the day. I think it's very difficult for people who may feel that they have a certain image that they need to convey. People only see them in a certain way because of what they've maybe achieved or anyone to demonstrate any vulnerability there. You can just allow yourself to not be defined by maybe what your job title is... define yourself by who you are instead.
