The Seventh Amendment to the Constitution Requires Trial by Jury

If Donald Trump were not the defendant in this case, this would be an easy case for reversal on appeal. The statute of limitations shouldn't give somebody an opportunity to come back years later when the person is running for president and have a lawyer who's paid for by his political opponents bring the case. That's preposterous. You know, I imagine you can let it happen if it's a three year old child or a five year old child. Even there it's very, very problematic. But this is an adult woman who had access to the media... Why didn't she report it?
