The Effect of Active Management on Mortgage Sales
The number of listings to market each week still remains below typical average for this time of the year. People are conscious of the risk they might face later, so they're trying to sort of get the finances and order now,. It's just that we won't, it's hard to detect that it'shard to see it. So yeah, there's a good thing and a proactive thing and that's why I suppose partly why the FSR is uneventful.
