I Just Don't Make Enough Phone Calls. That's the Key.
Gavin Rubenstein: Have no fear around delivering what is a transparent message that ultimately will help your vendor. For women at least 50, 60, 40, 60, for men, I put a higher number on my male agents. Women have the advantage of more empathy and more trust slightly along the phone calls. Whereas guys are more churn and burn higher energy.
