To maintain mRNA in a really stable and effective state, it needs to be frozen at negative 80 degrees Celsius. So people certainly don't have this equipment in their houses. Hospitals would, but some pharmacies wouldn't. And certainly in sort of developing parts of the world or very remote regions, having a negative 80 freezer can be a huge, a huge issue.
