Introduction
All three of these things have broken in my house in the last 18 months. I cannot tell you how many times I've made an appointment for a repair person to come and they literally just don't show up. Not having a workable stove for a while when you have four kids is man, we grilled a lot of things. Like, did I make eggs on the bar? Yeah, I figured out how to do that. It's harder to get someone to call you back or return your email.
