The Role of Observation Wells in Astronomy

There are references apparently to this practice. It seems to be something where again, this is not true. This is not this is not seem to be exactly what happens when one is standing in a pit looking up, standing in a well, etc. So we can't, we know, we can't break down the exact process of this because this is not a reality.
