Climate Change - A Hundred Billions Not Enough?
There was not a new fund for loss and damage established at this cop which many had hoped for. But the glasgow climate pack did ask rich countries to at least double finance for adaptation for develop i countries in 20 25. This money has got to come from the nations that got rich off of warming the planet. Yet countries aren't even living up to what they promised over a decade ago.
