Tom Phillips's Relationship With Elder Holland
Mormon Stories podcast, we interviewed Tom Phillips years ago and he lost his faith after being buddies with Elder Holland. He was a stake president twice and getting a second anointing. The church sandboxed Russia or all their economic buddies like Kyrgyzstan and those sorts of places put them in a new Europe East area. All the leaders of that are now Russian nationals. So there's no GA 70s there. They're all area 70s. Then they took Europe North and brought it back because we used to have it in the early 2000s. And so we needed a Europe North area presidency.
