How to Clean Up Your Back Lock
Christian: I'm always aiming for having two to free sprints prepared up front. Everything that is older than three months, i'm going to close from on the monthly basis. This means you allow people to still act like new tasks, tickets, stories, but if they're not being touched for a while, you just close them up. In some companies, stake holders are allowed, or even supposed, to cre tickets in your back lock. So i rather try to understand what they want instead of just seeing a ticket in the back lock.
