The Rise and Fall of Skateboarding
JFA appeared on just about every skateboard related punk rock compilation in the 1980s. The band was formed by three guys who met Skateboarding. Doug Moody formed a label called Mystic Records to release singles and albums, featuring groups that would become synonymous with skateboard culture. These compilations went a long way to helping the scene coalesce.
