Taking a Nap in the Afternoon

Napping for 20 minutes in the afternoon can make you vastly more productive and cognitively focused, according to scientific research. So i want to give a very strong plug for taking that cognitive break during the afternoon time,. When we have a natural lull in our arcadian rhythm anyway, and going down for a nap. During the warm summer months when it's possible to lay outside in the sun, i love that experience. It just feels nice to soak up sun as part of the nap.
