The Importance of Vitamins in the Body

Vitamin C is now used as a preservative in so many foods where it's very rare you see a vitamin C deficiency. Vitamin D is a consumable vitamin through supplement and through certain foods like tuna beef eggs cheese things like this but it's also a hormone produced in your body I don't think people fully realize that. Some are definitely have more significant roles but if you look at them outwardly they're all significant they're all necessary.
