How Does Cultural Policy Affect Well Being?
A lot of the cultural sectors capacity to describe the impact of its activities on well being is still pretty crude. So an example i give in the book, and that i come back to, is if you ask people how happy they feel in that moment. It's quite difficult to disaggregate all of the confounders appear in questions. And as led on a bit of a wild goose chase trying to find these magical answers.
