Once the goal has been identified, it's starting to think about a, how can you leverage quantitative and qualitatve, qualitative data and insight. Once you get to this problem and opportunity a stage, this is when you can use your five wys. And so all the other kind of tools apply here. So i think by understanding a success which is really what the business goal is, it starts to help you define different ways in which you can reach that. It may be easier said than done. Be adaptable. You know, adjust the tools to make it work for you.
